  • Due to the fact that some people do not completely understand how donations here work, this page came into existence.

    Q: I donated and got banned before my donation ran out. Can I have a refund?
    A: No. When you donate you support the server, you are not above the law nor is it a "get out of jail" card.

    Q: I, despite the warning attempted to file a false claim/dispute to PayPal in hope to get my money back. What will happen?
    A: We will provide PayPal with the necessary evidence of your donation. If PayPal decides to close the claim in our favor, we keep the money and your account may be penalized if PayPal sees it fit.

    Q: I did something that got my donator status revoked! How can I get it back?
    A: You can't. When you support our server, you still have to follow the rules that you agreed to when joining the server. Remember, you are not above the law.
